TogglePlascene’s PET Syrup Bottles combine high-clarity PET, lightweight and shatter-resistant construction, and a practical 32 oz format with two distinct bottle profiles. Built around a shared 28mm neck platform, the line offers strong product visibility, flexible dispensing options, and a versatile foundation for both consumer-facing and professional liquid packaging.
Across the range, the 32 oz format can support everything from syrups and specialty beverages to soaps, household liquids, and professional cleaning products. The Round profile keeps the package familiar and adaptable, while the Flair profile adds a more distinctive silhouette for applications where shelf presence and handling are part of the product experience.
Built for liquid products that need more from the bottle
- High-clarity PET. The material provides glass-like product visibility while remaining lightweight and shatter-resistant for filling, distribution, and everyday handling.
- Flexible dispensing options. The neck platform can support different closure and dispensing approaches depending on how the liquid needs to pour, pump, or dispense.
- Distinct packaging personalities. Two body profiles create different visual and handling experiences around the same nominal fill, giving brands more flexibility in how the finished package is positioned.
- rPET available. Recycled-content PET is available on request. For brands subject to California SB 54 or retailer sustainability requirements, Plascene provides the material documentation needed to support reporting.
The result is a small range with a useful amount of choice. Instead of selecting between capacities that solve fundamentally different fill requirements, buyers can compare two bottles around the characteristics that become more important once capacity is already established: grip, pouring behavior, labeling, shelf presence, closure setup, and overall package geometry.
Two ways to package the same fill
Round — straightforward, adaptable, and easy to integrate

The P0290 uses a classic round profile that keeps the bottle visually familiar and operationally uncomplicated. Its cylindrical body gives the package a broad, predictable labeling area and makes the format easy to understand at a glance — an advantage when the bottle itself should support the product rather than dominate its presentation.
That neutrality is also what gives the Round bottle its breadth. A syrup or specialty juice can use clear PET to make color and fill level part of the shelf presentation, while a household or automotive liquid can rely more heavily on labeling, closure choice, and color coding to communicate function. The same basic geometry can therefore move between consumer-facing and more utilitarian products without looking out of place.
For packaging teams, the Round profile is especially relevant when an established line favors conventional bottle handling or when label application, case packing, and straightforward bottle geometry take priority over a more sculpted appearance. It is the less specialized of the two profiles — and in many programs, that is precisely its advantage.

Flair — a more distinctive profile with controlled handling

P0291 keeps the same 32 oz capacity and 28mm PCO1810 neck specification but changes the experience through its Flair body. The more contoured silhouette creates a defined handling area and gives the bottle a stronger visual identity without moving away from a practical round-base format.
This makes the Flair especially interesting when presentation and controlled handling carry more weight in the specification. An artisanal syrup or cocktail mixer can use the profile to create a more premium, intentional presence behind a bar or on a retail shelf. The same ergonomic qualities can also translate into non-food liquids that are repeatedly handled or dispensed in professional environments.
The distinction is therefore not that the Flair can package liquids the Round bottle cannot. Both share the same basic capacity and neck platform. The Flair instead gives buyers another way to package that fill when silhouette, grip, and perceived positioning deserve more emphasis.

Specifications at a glance
| Shape | Reference | Capacity | Neck Finish | Material | Best Suited For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Round | P0290 | 32 oz | 28mm PCO1810 | PET / rPET available | Syrups, specialty juices, liquid soaps, household cleaners, and other liquid products that benefit from a familiar, versatile bottle profile |
| Flair | P0291 | 32 oz | 28mm PCO1810 | PET / rPET available | Artisanal syrups, cocktail mixers, premium liquid soaps, and professional-use liquids where grip and a more distinctive presentation add value |
These applications are general packaging guidelines rather than fixed limitations. Product compatibility, closure selection, dispensing behavior, and filling-line fit should be confirmed for the actual formulation and packaging setup. When comparing the two profiles, request a sample to evaluate the bottle with your product before final specification.
Round or Flair: which PET Syrup Bottle profile fits your product?
Because P0290 and P0291 share the same nominal capacity and neck platform, choosing between them is less about finding the “correct” bottle and more about deciding what the container should contribute to the finished package.
- Choose the Round profile when straightforward geometry, broad label flexibility, and an adaptable appearance are priorities. Its conventional shape makes it a natural choice for products that need to move easily between retail, institutional, or functional packaging environments.
- Consider the Flair profile when the bottle itself should provide more visual distinction or a more defined handling area. It can give premium syrups, mixers, soaps, and frequently handled professional liquids a more intentional presentation without changing the 32 oz fill.
Neither profile is inherently superior to the other. A brand focused on a clean, highly adaptable package may find the Round reference more appropriate, while another may place greater value on the Flair bottle’s contoured silhouette. Existing filling equipment, label dimensions, case configuration, closure specification, and the way the bottle is handled during use can all influence the final decision.
That keeps the choice where it belongs: with the customer’s packaging requirements. Plascene provides two stock interpretations of the same core specification, allowing buyers to select the geometry that fits their program rather than having the bottle dictate how the product must be positioned.
Need it customized? We build at wholesale scale
These stock references are ready-made starting points — but they aren’t your only options. For brands that want a distinct shelf presence, Plascene also produces custom work: custom colors and tints, tailored rPET content, specialty decoration, and fully custom shapes on a dedicated (private) mold.
Customization in PET packaging is a wholesale conversation, and the minimum order quantity (MOQ) scales with how far you take it:
- Stock references (like the ones above) are available in standard case and pallet quantities — the lowest commitment and the fastest path to market.
- Custom color, tint, rPET blend, or decoration typically starts in the tens of thousands of units per run (commonly around 10,000–50,000), because the line has to be set up, purged, and dedicated to your spec.
- A private (custom) mold — a unique jar shape only your brand can use — is the biggest step. Because tooling is amortized across the run, dedicated-mold programs generally make sense at higher volumes, often in the 50,000–100,000+ unit range.
These are industry-typical guideposts, not fixed rules — actual MOQ depends on the jar, the closure, the decoration, and your production schedule, and each can be confirmed at the quote stage.
A U.S. supply partner — not just a bottle vendor
Packaging decisions for pharmaceutical and supplement brands increasingly come down to more than unit price. With domestic production in Oxnard, California, Plascene offers competitive lead times, closer collaboration on custom projects, and a supply chain built to keep moving when demand tightens. For brands navigating SB 54 and the broader shift toward recycled content, that means a partner who can help plan material strategy through the company’s sustainability program — not just fill a purchase order.
